Modern 3 bedroom apartment (90 m²) housed in a beautiful late 19th century building (Gründerzeit). Ideally situated in the leafy ‘Composers’ Quarter’ (Komponistenviertel) between the tranquil Weißensee and the lively, trendy Prenzlauer Berg. And if that wasn’t enough, the vibrant heart of the metropolis can be reached in just 10 minutes.

The apartment itself is situated on a quiet side street by a small park, a short walk away from the listed Jewish cemetery Weißensee. However, just round the corner you will find yourself in the hustle and bustle of restaurants, offering fine dining, quaint Berlin bars, the weekly market held on the Antonplatz and the Kino Toni (cinema), steeped in tradition.

The apartment is exquisitely furnished, and you feel its ambience the second you step over the threshold.

The first bedroom is furnished with luxury kingsize bed, a chest of drawers, reading lamps and a small wardrobe.

The second bedroom is furnished with two single luxury beds, a large wardrobe and a large wooden table with designer chairs. The room is connected with the living room through beautiful double doors.

In the living room you will find a large leather chesterfield sofa, two chesterfield armchairs and an extra bed (if needed), antique cupboards, dressers and coffee tables, Persian carpets and an attractive old stuccoed ceiling. After a busy day of sightseeing you can put your feet up and relax in front of the huge modern flat screen television.

Oil paintings, prints and photos complete the tasteful décor and ambience across the whole of the apartment.

The large modern bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and plenty of shelf space.

The kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs. It boasts a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

In front of the living room you will find a small patio, complete with table and bistro chairs for your sole use. Enjoy your breakfast outdoors and let the magic and charm of your surroundings enchant you, just like they did the region’s numerous sculptors and composers.

Im zweiten Schlafzimmer stehen zwei bequeme Einzelboxspringbetten, ein großer Kleiderschrank und ein großer Holztisch mit Designerstühlen.

Im Wohnzimmer erwarten Sie eine bequeme Chesterfield-Couchgarnitur, antike Schränke, Kommoden und Couchtische, Perserteppiche und eine wunderschöne alte Stuckdecke. Ein rießiger moderner Flachbild-TV lädt zum gemütlichen Fernsehabend. Bei Bedarf stellen wir Ihnen in dieses dritte Zimmer ein weiteres Bett, so dass insgesamt 5 Personen übernachten können.

Ölgemälde, Drucke und Fotos runden das geschmackvolle Ambiente im gesamten Appartement ab.

Das große, moderne Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und natürlich ausreichend Ablagen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Rührgerät, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen, … lässt wirklich gar keine Wünsche offen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sabine (the owner) a message.

If Sabine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
