Alcazaba Beach is a prestigious urbanisation in Estepona situated on the sea front, with a stretch of beach of over half a kilometre.

The buildings and gardens were designed by renowned architect Melvin Villarroel. The tropical gardens of over 75.000 m2 belonging to this residential estate have been awarded prizes several times by the Costa del Sol Gardeners Club.

The facilities of the estate include 7 swimming pools (one heated), 5 tennis courts, 3 paddle tennis courts, 1 football pitch with natural grass, children's play park, gym and sauna. Restaurant and beach bar for the exclusive use of residents are available during the holiday season.

Casa Ardilla is a beautiful fully equipped three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse apartment on two floors. The apartment is perfectly located within the estate, by the heated pool.

The apartment has three spacious and light bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The views from two large terraces and two balconies are magnificent over the gardens and to the sea.

The apartment has been refurbished summer 2015 and is equipped with modern modern kitchen, laundry and all new furniture. The apartment has full set of tableware to serve six persons, smart TV, bluetooth music speaker, computer as well as wifi internet access.

During Low Season and Mid Season (i.e. excluding Jul-Aug) the property is available also as two bedroom apartment. Weekly two bedroom prices are 950 EUR (Low Season) and 1200 EUR (Mid Season).

Two bedroom configuration limits the access to upstairs bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe. Both the staircase within the apartment as well as the nice upstairs terrace are still available for you to use, together with all the facilities on entrance level, i.e. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

If Casa Ardilla (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
