The stylish and contemporary Villa Yazlik is one of the finest villas in Kalkan. Set on the hillside above Kalkan and Kalamar bays, it offers a unique combination of jaw-dropping views, cooling sea breezes and luxurious facilities, yet it is only 15 minutes walk to Kalkan with its wonderful mix of roof-top and waterside restaurants, friendly bars, and eclectic shops.

The infinity pool is generously sized for a private villa, and is connected to an equally sized shallow pool via a waterfall. Three spacious terraces on different levels furnished with 14 sun loungers, sofas, and easy chairs provide the perfect spaces to relax in the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy the mesmerising views. In the evening, subtle outdoor lighting brings alive the private bar, traditional Turkish kosk, and marble dining table for those late sundowner drinks and lazy meals under the stars. While the villa's own sauna, steam room, and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis offer wonderful opportunities to unwind and enjoy these spa facilities.

Inside this white-themed villa the luxury continues. Each room has a wall of glass to maximise the panoramic sea and mountain views, full air-con and cool marble floors. The huge open-plan living area on the middle floor has two lounge areas with seating for 15 people, an impressive kitchen diner, furnished balconies and the modern conveniences you would expect of this exclusive villa. All 5 double bedrooms have ensuite wet-room bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and direct access to a sun terrace. The villa also has a guest bathroom and laundry room.

As you would expect from such a villa, Yazlik boasts many other facilities, including table tennis, table football, exercise equipment, wifi, wii games, satellite TV, music centres, pool games, telephone, BBQ, water cooler, safe, daily bread delivery and the luxury of a chef for the evening.

Our manager Yusuf and his wife Yuksel will be on hand to help with anything you need during your stay. They can also deliver fresh bread daily, as well as prepare a sumptuous meze and BBQ meal for you at the villa. Depending on your time of arrival, Yusuf will either be there to greet you and give you the keys or you will be given the combination for the key safe. A welcome pack will be waiting for you! There is a housebook at the villa full of information about Kalkan and the local area. Two weeks before your holiday we will send you all your arrival details and information about the villa. But should you require any information before this or need help to book airport transfers, car hire, day trips, etc, please do just get in touch.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jenny (the owner) a message.

If Jenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
