Luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse in the exclusive Palmyra development directly overlooking one of the 4 swimming pools. Furnished to a very high standard over 3 storeys this townhouse offers every comfort along with hi speed wifi. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a further twin bedroom on the second floor also with ensuite bathroom, which can be converted to a double. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with bathroom directly opposite. The basement holds a utility room, further twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small outdoor terrace that offers plenty of natural light. Enjoy Al fresco dining on the terrace that overlooks the pool on the ground floor, which provides easy and safe access to the pool area, perfect for guests with children. The townhouse is in the newest phase of the development with stunning landscaped gardens and has full access to 4 swimming pools. Palmyra is a gated and secure resort with fully integrated services including private parking in the underground car park.

Palmyra is located in the stylish Vila Sol resort which has a number of restaurants and wine bars and is only 5 minutes drive from Vilamoura with it's Marina, shops, restaurants and bars. There are several stunning beaches again within a 5-10 minute drive and only 10 minutes drive to one of Portugal's largest watermarks. This offers everything you need for a high quality self catering holiday.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
