Limpiezas con desinfectante COVID y anti olor de tabaco en toda la villa.

Opción 1 cargo extra : Piscina privada climatizada 23 a 28 grados por 70 euros semana , se paga en la villa a persona mantenimiento.

Existen 2 cámaras dentro de la casa, pertenecen a empresa de seguridad (Securitas Direct), solo las usan si hay un salto de alarma y hace 3 fotos con flash, no son vídeo continuo. Su privacidad está garantizada, las cámaras solo funcionan con alarma conectada.

El mobiliario es completamente nuevo. Esta situada a 1 km de supermercado y 2 km de la playa y puerto deportivo Marina Rubicón.

3 km centro del pueblo .

La primera planta consta de 1 habitación con cama matrimonio 150x200, 1 baños completos . Cocina independiente y solana con lavadora. Gran salón con una gran chesslong y con salida a la piscina y a un amplio porche con comedor para 6 personas. El jardín esta dotado por hamacas y sofás de gran medida , pérgolas extensibles y toldo. Esmerada decoración con mobiliario de primera calidad.

En la segunda planta habitación con cama matrimonio 150x200 y baño completo , terraza amplia con vistas al océano y Fuerteventura.

Piscina privada con cubierta térmica, más de 200 metros de terreno privado. Orientación SUR , Sol todo el día para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas y tranquilas.

Distancia al aeropuerto 30 km por LZ2 y 2,0 Km a la playa, 1 Km de supermercado. Aconsejable alquilar coche.
