Apartamento Azul is a huge modern, extremely spacious and tastefully furnished apartment right in the heart of the lovely family resort of Praia da Luz.

Its location is ideal, being only an easy 5 minute stroll from the beautiful sandy beach and even less to many bars, restaurants and shops. You have many facilities right on your doorstep including a highly rated restaurant and a popular bar.

It has 3 private balconies, plus a secluded pool and stunning roof terrace with panoramic views over Luz.

It has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people plus cot.The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and dressing area and its own private sea facing balcony.

The second bedroom is a huge twin bedded room with ample space for an additional 2 beds to be used if required for a larger family (2 folding beds supplied). There is a second, 'family' bathroom off the large entrance hall.

The lounge/dining room is huge, light and airy and has balconies to front and rear aspects. the front balcony is sea facing and the rear overlooks the pool and has a BBQ and table and chairs.There are 3 sofas including a sofa-bed . The lounge also has TV and DVD and a large dining table. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with large fridge/freezer, washing machine etc.The main living/dining room and both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

Apt Azul also offers unlimited wifi internet access at a small additional cost.

If wifi is added to your booking this allows access to an internet TV feed which carries UK and international channels.

Apartamento Azul is on the 2nd floor of the apartments.

There is no lift so unfortunately it is not suitable for guests who would struggle with stairs.

The pool is located on the floor below Apartamento Azul and the garage and street are 2 floors below Apartamento Azul. The roof terrace is on the floor above.

2 sunbeds and plastic chairs are supplied for guests to use wherever they wish:-the balconies just outside Apartamento Azul (on the same floor) , the pool area or the roof terrace. Guests are asked to return these to the place they found them at the end of their stay (usually the garage or Apartamento Azul itself)

Apt Azul is in a small development of only 8 apts sharing a sheltered, secluded pool and stunning roof terrace. The roof terrace has magnificent, panoramic views to the sea, mountains and village. It is a wonderful spot for sunbathing!
Sun-loungers and foliding chairs for poolside, balcony or roof terrace use are supplied.
There is a communal garage with electric code operated door and within that Apt Azul has its own lockable garage with garage door for 2 cars.

We only booked the apartment for a week but could quite happily have stayed another month. Couldn't fault the apartment, location or amenities. Can't wait to book again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
