Belmont is a luxury one bedroom self-catering apartment, located on the picturesque Isle of Harris. Perfect for a highland get away for two. Ideally located on Main Street, Tarbert a short walk from local amenities such as shops, restaurants and transport links. Whether you seek a relaxing break or are more adventurous Belmont is the perfect base.

Belmont is a contemporary apartment with everything you will need for your break on the island. The open plan living area is furnished with a log burning stove, leather corner couch with handmade Harris Tweed cushions and oak dining table. Our bedroom is tastefully decorated with fresh white bed linen and Harris Tweed accessories with full length mirror wardrobes. Modern fully equiped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Luxury shower room with large walk in shower and heated towel rail. In keeping with our modern theme we also provide, for your comfort, a Smart TV, USB charging ports and WI-FI.

The Isle of Harris has plenty to offer for everyone and Belmont is the perfect retreat after a busy day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicola and Clare (the owner) a message.

If Nicola and Clare (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
