Home Away From Home in the historical little village of Orient, tucked in a lush valley of Mallorca's Tramuntana mountain range, now UNESCO World Heritage.

Las Rosas is an integral part of this picturesque little village, and enjoys the best of both worlds: Nothing but apple orchards and olive groves and beautiful mountain views in the back, and the church square in the front, opening the door towards no less than four lovely restaurants within a radius of a hundred meters.

Enjoy four-season hiking and biking - or just kick off your shoes, pour a glass of wine and relax...!

There is a spacious dining room with its practical open kitchenette, and out the back a lush patio with its marble table and forged-iron chairs with extra-thick cushions.

The bright and comfortable twin bedroom features 105 cm Louis XV beds, which can be separated as well as not.

There is central heating, individual Satellite TV and free WiFi. The bathroom is equipped with with cuddly bathrobes, towels, and a hairdryer as well as courtesy soap and shampoo. We are fully aware of hand luggage restrictions, and therefore also provide toothbrush sets and shaving kits to tide you over.

You're bringing a small child? That's lovely! We love children, and we'll be plenty happy to deploy our lovely cot, complete with freshly washed cuddly toys.

Anyway, we live just next door and will be plenty happy to help you with whatever you might find missing. Just give us a shout!

Footnote:

We do allow smoking. But this is a very well ventilated house, and after just a day, you are unlikely to notice.

We do have an ancient cat and a very cuddly dog, but neither is ever allowed into the living areas of the house; so you'll have no problem with animal hair allergies!

We do believe that virtually all people are essentially nice and civilized. If you could try to keep breakage low, refrain from making camp fires on the carpets, stub out your cigarrettes in the ashtrays of which there is no shortage, and drink no more than you can reliably hold in until you reach the bathroom, that would be the first step towards a beautiful and hopefully long-lasting friendship. :-)

Why can't I call Olaf (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olaf (the owner) a message.

If Olaf (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
