Luxurious beach front apartment [Sinfonia del Mar] situated in beautiful gardens alongside the beach with huge terraces, top quality development set in beautiful gardens, with gates giving direct access to the beach. There is a very large swimming pool, with ample sunbeds and paved areas so that you may catch the sun all day long. The apartment is very spacious, with huge terraces, luxury quality fittings and spacious light rooms to enjoy from every corner the spectacular sea views. You can walk along the beach to several beach restaurants. Parking space available. 5 min drive to reach shopping centers and best restaurants.The lounge benefits from high quality furnishings, TV, DVD, huge patio doors so that you can enjoy the incredible views even from inside. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where you can still enjoy the spectacular views through the patio doors. The quality of furnishings is very good. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobs, patio doors giving access to the terrace and full sea views upon waking. The bathrooms are fitted with top of the range ceramics and floor heating. The kitchen is fitted with Bosh appliances and all marble worktops. Ceramic hob, oven,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer are all built-in. The apartment has full air conditioning and heat facilities.The spectacular terrace has high quality dining furniture and sunbeds, perfect for the sunny days and balmy evenings. There is a BBQ place to use as well.The apartment has direct access to garage and swimming pool so there is no problem for children buggies and wheelchairs.

    Dear D and N, I am so happy that you enjoyed the holiday in Sinfonia del Mar. Yes, the location is really quiet and beautiful having magnificant sea views. Also in high season the pool area is very quiet as not many owners rent their apartments.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Daniela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
