This immaculate ground floor apartment has been finished to a high standard. Including a 50” flat screen television, WiFi, Nespresso coffee machine and a luxurious corner sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a days sightseeing.

This spacious two bed ground floor apartment makes an ideal holiday retreat offering all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

It is perfect for holidays, short breaks, business trips, visiting friends and relatives or the University. An ideal base for exploring Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Sandbanks , Swanage and the surrounding attractions.

Located between the Bournemouth and Boscombe piers, this apartment is within easy walking distance of Bournemouth's stunning blue flag beaches, piers, town centre, train station, shops, restaurants and pubs.

Boscombe Pier is a 7 minute walk (0.5 Miles)

Bournemouth Pier is a 15 minute walk along the coast line (1.5 Miles)

Bournemouth Shopping Area is a 15 minute walk (1.2 Miles)

Bournemouth Train Station is a 15 minute walk (0.8 Miles)

There is a regular bus service to all the surrounding attractions with a bus stop located 50 metres from the apartment.

Being a ground floor apartment with no steps, it is ideal for wheelchair access

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a zip and link mattress that can be converted into a super king bed on request.

A complimentary travel cot and high chair is stored at the property and an additional pull-out bed is also available on request.

There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), entrance hall, open-plan lounge, dining area with table and chairs and a stylish kitchen providing a sociable living space. The fully-fitted kitchen comprises of oven, hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment also includes the convenience of FREE parking which is an added bonus in Bournemouth.

Why can't I call Giovanni (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giovanni (the owner) a message.

If Giovanni (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
