Villa Valentino è il luogo ideale per chi ama i comfort e cerca una casa in cui trovare pace, relax e divertimento.

La villa e tutti gli arredi sono totalmente nuovi. I punti di forza sono il grande giardino con prato all'inglese (500 mq) e la piscina 10x4 mt con trampolino e gaiser per creare effetto idromassaggio.

Moderni ed eleganti gli arredi da giardino (sdraio, tavolo e sedie), comodo bagno esterno con doccia con acqua calda, cucina esterna con angolo bar e funzionale barbecue per indimenticabili pranzi e cene all'aperto, ampia veranda coperta con Tv 42'', Palystation 4 con giochi, giochi per bambini (scivolo, canestro da basket, etc), calcio balilla e tavolo da ping pong per divertenti partite estive!

All'interno la villa si sviluppa su due livelli. Al pian terreno si trovano il living room con divano letto matrimoniale, Tv 42'', impianto Hi-Fi e stampante, la nuovissima cucina attrezzata (macchina del caffè, bollitore, tostapane, forno a microonde, 4 fuochi, forno, 2 frigoriferi, 1 congelatore, 1 dispenser acqua, lavastoviglie), una camera matrimoniale con cassaforte e una camera tripla (due letti singoli si possono unire in letto matrimoniale), un bagno con doccia.

Al primo piano si trovano una camera matrimoniale e un altro bagno con doccia, accesso alla grande terrazza con travi di legno a vista di circa 150 mq. arredata con chaise longue e ombrellone.

Tutte le camere camere dispongono di aria condizionata e accesso al wifi illimitato gratuito.

La villa dispone di una stanza lavanderia e di parcheggio per 2 automobili, inoltre, è installato il rilevatore di monossido di carbonio.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosario (the owner) a message.

If Rosario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
