- Initial and final cleaning (available during stay for extra 50 euros for change of linen and/or 50 Euros for apartment cleaning).

- Air condition, free Wi-Fi and home towels (beach towels are not provided but available at prices starting 5 Euros in the Chinese store situated inside the Compound).

- Toilet paper, kitchen paper, liquid soaps for kitchen and bathrooms and 2-3 soap capsules for the washing machine.

- Some kitchen basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, etc... at least to cover the first few nights.

- Initial and final cleaning (cleaning during your stay is available for extra cost).

- Brand new comfortable Aloe Vera Visco-elastic pillows and mattresses (All hypoallergenic and with sleeping position memory).

- A hydro-massage shower with 6 jets and a shower stool for easier access for moms with little babies.

- Double glazed windows and balcony to reduce street noise.

- Fully equipped kitchen even with wine glasses.

- An iron, one big and one portable iron tables and a hair dryer.

- Kids beach toys, 2 beach umbrellas and a sea couch.

You will receive as well a welcome gift of some fruits and a 3 to 5 liters bottle of water until you buy more if you need because normal water is not potable in Mallorca.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Cleaning service available during stay for extra charge.

- Shower and hand towels are provided, but not pool nor beach towels.

- Pets are not allowed in the rental property or on the rental property premises. If brought along, the penalty will be € 100 per night.

- Baby Cots available for 10 euros per day/cot, linen included.

- Smoking Allowed only in the balcony.

How do damage deposits work?
