Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in Ocean Village, Gibraltar's most popular popular residential apartment complex. The apartment comes with access to the Ocean Village pools, jacuzzis and sun terraces which are set in relaxing landscaped sub-tropical gardens. This oasis of calm is right next to the marina with it's bars and restaurants and less than 5 minute's walk from the main town square at "Casemates" with more bars restaurants and live events throughout the summer season.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and overlooks the marina with views towards the Spanish side of the bay. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the middle bedroom has two single beds. Each room has individually controlled air conditioning, and heating provided for winter months. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. A parking space is included in the Ocean Village secure underground car park. The entrance is at street level and there are two lifts up to the apartment, so it is fully wheelchair accessible. A travel cot and high chair can be set up, if requested.

You will be met on arrival at Ocean Village by a representative from Chestertons, our local property manager, who will show you around the apartment and check you in with the resort security desk for access to the pools. Their office is located within the development and they will help you with any queries you have on the apartment during your stay.

ADDITIONAL FEES

- A charge of £15 per person over 16 is levied by the Ocean Village for issue of a photo ID card. This is payable directly to Ocean Village at the security office when you pick up your cards.

- The Gibraltar Government has introduced a Sustainable Tourism tax from 1st August 2022. The charge is £3 per person per night and will be added to your quote when you confirm the number of guests staying.
