Villa Santa Marina is a spacious, modern, villa for couples or families located in Southern Cyprus, near Protaras. Set in an enviable position near the best beaches on the island and ideally located for either enjoying the local Cypriot life or for exploring and discovering the charms of the neighbouring Cyprus villages. Villa Santa Marina is in a quiet and small villa complex which offers you a very relaxing holiday but with easy access to all the tourist facilities you could wish for. It is in a very peaceful end of complex position which ensures maximum privacy but is within walking distance from local tavernas, supermarkets and the village shops. Please note this villa is in a quiet location and is not suitable for young groups or people who want to enjoy the regular nightlife on offer in Ayia Napa.

Villa Santa Marina is a large three bedroom villa (which sleeps 8), with two living areas, plenty of outdoor space and a swimming pool. Our luxury, spacious and child friendly villa is furnished and equipped to a superior standard with no expense spared. The villa has been artist designed and the interior reflects the vibrant Mediterranean colours that are evident everywhere on this beautiful island. The house is full of original artwork that compliments the décor and gives the villa a feel of being a luxurious home from home basking in the Mediterranean sunshine.

The villa features 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (and 1 additional guest toilet), two large lounge areas with a double sofa bed and a dining area, high quality Italian kitchen with granite worktops and high quality stone tiling throughout. In addition, inside benefits from a 32" plasma TV and Blu-ray DVD player. We have also included a selection of DVDs, games and books for your indoor entertainment. Outside, the villa benefits from a beautiful established garden, its own private pool, graded with a shallow end perfect for children. Dine alfresco in one of the two secluded dining areas with full set of patio furniture, scented lemon tree and large gas barbecue.

The villa location means it is well placed as a holiday base near the best beaches on the island and with easy travelling distances to Larnaca, Limassol, Ayia Napa and Protaras. The gardens are well established and fully planted adding to the exotic feel of the villa and providing further privacy.

Why can't I call Christina (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Christina (the owner) a message.

If Christina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
