Casa Al Qamar si trova nel centro storico di Favara in un variegato labirinto di stradine, vicoli e cortili che riflettono le culture che lo hanno plasmato. La casa si affaccia su un piccolo cortile nascosto, uno dei "sette cortili" di FARM CULTURAL PARK, nel cuore di un quartiere recentemente rinato è divenuto un trendy e pluripremiato polo di cultura contemporanea e museo al cielo aperto.

Si sviluppa su tre piani, secondo la tradizione edilizia secolare tipica dei centri storici di impronta siculo/araba: la zona giorno si trova al pian terreno ed è collegata tramite una scala interna alla zona notte sovrastante. Salendo ancora si accede alla terrazza sul tetto.

PIAN TERRENO -

Si accede alla casa direttamente dal cortile. L'ingresso/soggiorno è un ambiente unico di 32mq. attrezzato con una piccola cucina, un tavolo da pranzo di 6 posti ed un angolo conversazione con un divano 3 posti che all'occorrenza può diventare un comodo letto matrimoniale. Il bagno, privo di barriere architettoniche, è dotato di WC e bidet sospesi, lavabo ed un'ampia doccia doppia.

PRIMO PIANO -

La zona notte si trova al primo piano ed è accessibile dal pian terreno tramite una rampa di scale interna. La stanza da letto è uno spazioso ambiente unico di 50mq con un lungo balcone che da sul cortile. È dominata da un originale letto matrimoniale a baldacchino. Inoltre vi è un armadio, un angolo lettura ed letto singolo.

TERRAZZA -

Di particolare fascino la terrazza privata con vista sui tetti del centro storico di Favara, sulla movida di Farm Cultural Park e la cupola della Chiesa Madre. Di giorno la terrazza è attrezzata per il relax al sole: delle ampie panchine in muratura e maiolica con cuscini, una doccia all'aperto per rinfrescarsi ed un tavolo da pranzo con 6 posti. Di notte la terrazza offre uno spettacolo unico, sopratutto nelle serate estive di plenilunio, e diventa il luogo perfetto per un aperitivo, una cena o un semplice momento di relax all'aperto, grazie anche all'angolo barbeque.

La casa è autonoma e ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti.

E' particolarmente adatta per una famiglia o un gruppo di amici e può ospitare comodamente 5 persone (1 letto matrimoniale, 1 letto singolo, 1 divano letto matrimoniale); su richiesta potrà essere aggiunto una culla e/o una brandina singola per un bambino sotto i 10 anni senza costi aggiuntivi.

ACCESSIBILITÀ -

L'accesso alla casa non presenta barriere architettoniche: dal bordo strada all'ingresso della casa si percorre una distanza di circa 100 m senza gradini, dislivelli importanti, strettoie o ostacoli. La porta principale è larga 1 m ed è dotata di un piccolo scivolo per superare la soglia d'ingresso. Purtroppo il primo piano e la terrazza sono accessibili esclusivamente tramite una rampa di scale senza ascensore ma il pian terreno si presta ad essere utilizzato come monolocale autonomo per 2 persone ed è stato progettato per agevolarne l'uso anche a chi ha mobilità limitata.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MIchele (the owner) a message.

    If MIchele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
