From the owner

Our apartment in the heart of Marseillan combines the charm of a historic building with the modern comforts of life. Beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls compliment a contemporary kitchen, luxurious bathroom and over 100 sq meters of living space.

We have equipped the apartment so that it is a real home away from home.

The location is ideal with super markets, restaurants and bars all a short stroll away. As the balcony overlooks a courtyard, you can enjoy a glass of regional wine in peace and quiet, even though you're in the heart of Marseillan.

The accommodation consists of three generous bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub, a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room, hallway and a separate WC. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for cooking and boasts a dishwasher and microwave in addition to all the usual amenities. There is a large balcony accessed via the living room through sliding doors, making the apartment bright and airy. The hall has plenty of space for storage for coats and beach gear. Strong wi-fi signal throughout.

The living room area has full air-conditioning and fans are provided in each of the bedrooms.

Please note, as this apartment is a loft conversion, it is located on the second floor. There are areas of the flat which do not have full head room (the square footage with standard headroom is 70 Sq meters, total floor area is 100 Sq. meters. In addition, as the separate WC has no running tap, we have provided a wash basin and jug for water - old fashioned, but effective.

Bezier airport is also close by, with a shuttle bus that stops a 5 minute walk from the apartment. If you have a car, there is secure parking available.
