From the owner

Pond House is a newly refurbished property with the ability to sleep up to six adults and a baby.

The property is ideal for tradesmen, contractors, couples or families.

The lounge is spacious, light and airy. The living room has two large windows which is great for natural light. We provide Freeview TV and free Wifi facilities. Wolverhampton City Centre is only a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute drive by car. Pond House is only a stone throw away from Wolverhampton Train Station or the Tram Station.

The bedrooms are spacious, wardrobes and drawers are provided. We also provide a travel cot for those with small babies

Bedroom 1 consists of two twin beds and a futon (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed or two twin beds and a cot (sleeps 2 and a baby)

The living room also sleeps 1, using a sofa bed.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Pond House has a fully equipped kitchen providing a microwave, kettle, washer/dryer, and an integrated electric cooker and oven, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses.

The bathroom has an electric shower and a bath. The WC is separate.

Pond House has a good sized outside garden and a small patio area ideal for the summer evenings.

A cleaning service is available at an extra cost if required

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee/ samantha brown (the owner) a message.

If Lee/ samantha brown (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
