This stunning new apartment is located in the heart of Holetown, on Barbados' Platinum West Coast. This is a duplex, kitchen/lounge on the ground floor with the bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedrooms, both with air-con, each has its own en-suite bathroom with modern vessel bowls and each one opens completely onto a romantic private upper-level balcony with comfortable seating and ceiling fan. The lower level of the apt boasts a large, open concept living space and American style kitchen that also open completely to a private level lower terrace also with aircon and ceiling fan. A white faux leather 'L' shaped sofa for your comfort, with a large breakfast bar with 4 stools. There is a flat screen TV, full British TV with Sports and Films, internet, local telephone, air con, private parking, a communal pool, and all the furnishings necessary for an extremely comfortable stay. A short four minute walk will bring you premier shopping, dining, cinemas, cafes and bars at The Limegrove Center - with a collection of fine retailers including Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Cartier, Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more. Second St. bars and the beautiful coral blue beach (beside Discovery Bay ) are equally as close (500metres) Weekly maid service included for stays of 10 days or more. Extra maid service available at an extra cost paid locally. Air con units in bedrooms and lounge.Ceiling Fans in bedrooms and lounge, Dedicated parking space. Landline telephone for local calls and incoming international calls. Ipod dock.

No smoking inside or on the balcony/terrace, there is a dedicated table for smokers at the pool area.

Close to beaches, water sports, supermarket and restaurants all in walking distance. Apartment was a good size with air conditioning and a full sky package including sport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
