Located in the picturesque fishing village of Garlieston in the Galloway Machors region of South West Scotland. By day, the house provides stunning views across the bay to the Galloway hills, and by night, the sky is untouched by light pollution so offers great opportunities for the star gazer.

Cladach is a three storey modern house, with one toilet and three bathrooms. The house is situated just metres from the sea. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a downstairs toilet, 43" TV, Skym Play Station 4 and WiFi.

The first floor consists of a large bedroom with two single beds. Open plan living area with bed settee which provides sleeping for an additional two people.. Additionally there is a 42" TV, Blue ray player, free view and a X Box. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

The second floor has two double bedrooms with the rear one en-suite, additionally there is a shower room next to the front bedroom.

The property also has a travel cot, high chair and safety gate.

A great place to escape from busy lives, slow down the pace, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. A great base for walking, cycling, sailing, fishing, bird watching and horse riding. The house is just a short stroll to nearest pub and shop. The village is friendly and welcoming.

You are only 7 miles from Bladnoch Distillery where you can enjoy a visit to see how they make whisky. Visit their site to arrange a suitable time.

The house is suitable for couples and families alike. No Smoking. No Pets.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
