Fantastic beachside apartment right on the Paseo Maritimo and the beach.
The spacious and modern ground floor apartment is situated on the pedestrian boulevard of Castell de Ferro within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars, yet in a nice and quiet environment without traffic due to its unique position.
It has a large L-shaped terrace, with a lower terrace two easy steps down with direct access onto the boulevard and then directly onto the beach.
There is ample outdoor seating on the terrace plus portable beach chairs which you can take onto the beach.
The apartment has been completely and professionally renovated mid 2016. It has a spacious modern kitchen (dishwasher), open plan dining area and spacious sitting area with large flatscreen TV.
It is tastefully decorated with ample lighting and all modern amenities.
There is a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room in beautiful design further a second large bedroom with two beds and a third bedroom with two bunk beds. A second shower room completes it all.
There is a washing machine with drying facilities on the sheltered patio.
The apartment is well connected by highway forty-five minutes from
Granada and an hour and twenty from Málaga airport. The village
is quiet, ideal for rest, but in addition allow for some entertainment
as going for tapas at the nearby bars, tasting the typical local dishes.
It is a perfect place for fishing enthusiasts and scuba diving place
because its waters are crystal clear with protected seabed. Around the
village with a rocky terrain some natural areas remain almost unchanged
so you can enjoy the little beaches of El Lance (Rubite) and just 5km
Rijana 4kms which are little isolated coves with usually calm waters.
If you want to make a trip to a typical 'Alpujarreña' village you can go
up to Gualchos, just 13 minutes and enjoy the magnificent
scenery and the taste of local food in their restaurants.
Our customers should note that the apartment is located in a building
inhabited by families and in order to safeguard the peace and quietness,
parties, loud noises or music are prohibited beyond 10 pm and are not
recommended at any time. This standard regards the floor and to the
terrace. Any call from the residents of the building, or to the local
police, may result in the termination of the contract and consequently,
you would have to leave the apartment.

. Playa grande y nada de masificación, especialmente en Junio y Septiembre.Este apartamento de 110m2 es nuevo, situado a tan solo 5 metros de la playa. Tiene una terraza de 15m y un espacio ajardinado de 30m con salida privada al paseo marítimo peatonal, sin tráfico. 3 dormitorios, uno de ellos en suite, todos exteriores con vistas al mar. 2 baños con duchas y modernas mamparas. Amplio y luminoso, tiene la cocina abierta al salón y dispone de lavavajillas, micro ondas, vitro cerámica,lavadora y todos los pequeños electrodomésticos para que no tengais que hacer ningún esfuerzo. Está totalmente equipada. Además dispone de 2 frigoríficos para cubrir todas vuestras necesidades. Dispone de ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones.
Si queréis pasar unas vacaciones familiares, es el lugar perfecto. La playa es grande y de aguas cristalinas. Playas aún sin masificar, incluso en pleno verano, son ideales para el buceo, la pesca con caña y el descanso que necesitamos durante las vacaciones.
Este apartamento está a 3 minutos andando del centro del pueblo dónde puedes encontrar todos los comercios que puedas necesitar y además bares con tapas gratis al consumir la bebida.
El pueblo está situado a 45 minutos de Granada y a poco más de una hora del aeropuerto de Málaga, así que si buscas un lugar que te permita disfrutar el mismo día de la Alhambra y de la playa es el lugar que estás buscando. Si buscas calas bonitas y tranquilas para bañarte tienes la Rijana a 5 minutos, y El Lance ( Rubite) también a 5 minutos. También podéis subir a Gualchos y disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares del mar y de ver un bonito pueblo de estílo alpujarreño. Se tardan 12 minutos en coche, pero vale la pena.
El apartamento está situado en un bloque familiar de modo que las normas respecto a ruido y convivencia deben ser respetadas. No se permiten fiestas, ni música, ni comportamientos molestos para los vecinos en ningún caso. Está prohibido poner música más allá de las 22horas tanto en el piso como en la terraza.
No se admiten mascotas.
Si hay algún aviso por estos motivos a la guardia civil o policia local, será rescindido el contrato y tendrían que abandonar la vivienda. Ruego que los grupos que no se crean capaces de cumplir estas normas, se abstengan de hacer una solicitud de alquiler.
