This is a Spacious 2 Bedroom apartment with large terrace of 42 square metres, On the first floor in central Roquetas De Mar just 50 metres from the beach, on a complex with outside communal swimming pool (open in summer only) and green areas. Close to all amenities shops & supermarkets, banks, pharmacy & doctors, bars & restaurants.

Fully fitted kitchen ( oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine etc)

The TV in English is by the Wi-Fi which has Netflix, Sky Sports, BT Sports, a wide selection of Sky and free view channels as well as TV series and Films, and Spanish, DVD & CD player. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment has full Air-conditioning & Ceiling Fans.

The apartment has 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen.

The Large Terrace has Sun Loungers, Parasols, Table & Chairs, the terrace gets the sun all year round, you can get to the terrace from the Lounge & dining room

The harbour is nearby for local seafood/fish restaurants.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. How to get there Ryanair and Jet2 fly from Stansted, EasyJet from Gatwick. To get to the apartment you can into Almeria, Malaga & Murcia.

Smoking allowed only on terrace.

All rooms have individually controlled air con/heating. Towels supplied are for internal use only you need to bring your own beach towels.

If you do hire a car, you can visit the Castle in Almeria, Mojacar, The Mountains, Granada for the Alhambra Palace or go to Tabernas Mini Hollywood theme park where numerous spaghetti westerns were filmed.

Reductions are available for longer stays.

there are bikes for hire as well as 3/4 & 5 seater family bikers, or take a tour of the resort on the land train.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
