The Villa is situated in Salinas de Antigua golf course, peaceful location, 1km to the beach. It has private garden and pool, sea and golf course views. Parking is included.

The villa has been furnished in a very contemporary fashion, it has 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and large lounge/dinner that leads onto the terrace and garden. The main bedroom is furnished in wood and has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom, large dressing area with plenty of wardrobe space.

The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes with drawers. It has 1 three seat sofa and another two seat sofa, coffee table, side tables, sideboard as well as a wooden dining table and six wooden chairs. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV.

Entrance to the villa is via private gates with private parking. It has shutters on all the windows and doors. The villa is situated in a 500m2 volcanic plot. It has a private swimming pool 6,5m x 3m, outdoor shower, sunbathing area with 4 sunbeds and parasol as well as an outdoor wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and BBQ.

Muchas gracias por las 5 estrellas Miguel Angel! Me alegro que hayáis estado muy a gusto en la casa. Todas las habitaciones tienen contraventanas y persianas y se puede ver en las fotos. Es verdad que no son opacas pero a pesar de eso espero veros de nuevo algún día ya que habéis sido unos huéspedes ejemplares y dejasteis la casa impecable. Un saludo, Gary

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GARY (the owner) a message.

If GARY (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
