This luxurious apartment is fitted out to the highest of standards both in terms of the furnishings, marble floors throughout and a fully appointed kitchen The apartment has card operated Air Conditioning 30€ worth per week is included and further cards can be purchased. Apartment Towels are provided.With the solarium roof terrace and 3 bedrooms it easily accommodates 6 adults. The main bedroom is en suite and has a tv and hairdryer. The lounge has a dining table seating 6, an ipod docking station, games console, cable TV, books and dvds and most importantly free unlimited download WIFI. The kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge, oven and hob, toaster, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The solarium with BBQ and large fully furnished pergola is designed so that you spend the majority of your stay relaxing on the terrace. There are 6 sunbeds which include 2 that can be taken down to the pool. Pool/Beach towels are not provided. Roda Golf is unique in that it caters for everyone not just golfers.

A car is recommended however there are 4 supermarkets within a 25 minute walk. You can walk to both the beach where there are plenty of water sports available and to the main strip where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. It is safe to swim in the Mar Menor as there are no currents and you can walk out 50 meters and only just cover your waist . There is average an sea temperature of 26 degrees during the summer months. You can even enjoy the famous mud baths at San Pedro Del Pinatar a 15 minute drive from the apartment. As the Mar Menor is a protected area of Mediterranean importance and is a special protection area for bird life you will not be surrounded by high rise hotels or apartments. It truly is a very special place that I know once you go you will be back.

Thank you for your review. We have arranged for the bidet to be looked at and are sorry it wasn't working. The Aircon is from past experience only usually needed on during July and August and it is metered to prevent it being left on all day but it is acknowledged that guests have different requirements and that is why Mike asked you if you wanted the meter on. We are glad you had a nice time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven (the owner) a message.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
