Luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, furnished to a very high standard, with its own large private heated* salt water pool with integrated jacuzzi. Situated on the 5 star 'Mar Menor' gated golf resort which offers superb on site facilities including an 18 hole golf course. The resort is situated in a tranquil setting and is close to Murcia and Alicante Airports, with local beaches, shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. Facilities at the resorts community centre (5 minutes walk) include a large swimming pool, children’s pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, bars and restaurant. Adjacent is the 5 star Hotel & Spa with additional facilities including spa, gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pools. There is also a Spar shop on the resort. The region enjoys a perfect all year round climate with over 300 days of sunshine and an average temperature of 21C. The english speaking on-site management company will help you with any queries during your stay.

The Villa is one of the larger 4 bedroom designs with a large lounge area and adjoining kitchen and outside patio area with a large heated salt water pool with an integrated jacuzzi and barbecue area. It is furnished to a very high standard with cable TV reception providing English channels.The lounge has a 40" LCD TV, radio, DVD player with a selection of dvd's, books and an ipad/ipod docking station. The downstairs bedroom has a wall mounted TV with a wii games console, whilst the master bedroom also has a wall mounted t.v. There is an adjoining sun terrace with patio furniture which overlooks the piazza and water fountain. The property provides an en suite bathroom which includes a bath/shower, handbasin and toilet whilst the second bathroom has a large shower enclosure. The downstairs bathroom has a corner shower unit with toilet and handbasin. For guests with babies/toddlers there is a high hair and travel cot and we have also included a safe for your valuables.

The villa is ideally located both close to the entrance of the resort and close to the centre where the Hotel and community complex can be found. It is sited in one of the larger garden plots surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges, providing privacy from neighbouring villas. The enclosed garden contains a large heated salt water pool which is ideal for adults with sensitive skin and children. The pool has an integrated Jacuzzi and child proof fencing. It is surrounded by a large patio area which has a canopied seating area for relaxing and a large BBQ area with outdoor dining facilities. There are eight sun loungers provided and a sun terrace as well as the large patio area that can provide all day sun bathing. There is a driveway for free off road parking. The front of the villa overlooks a very pretty plaza with palm trees, fountains and places to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barry (the owner) a message.

If Barry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
