An official VV Holiday License is in place for this beautiful Villa that benefits from Air con, Heated pool, Hot tub, Fibre Wifi which is great if you need to work whist on holiday. Modern online UK, Irish and international TV System to enjoy on a 55"LED TV, includes BBC ITV if you want to catch your favourite tv shows whilst on holiday. Casa Sol is a stunning, refurbished 3 bedroom Villa situated on a quiet complex. It is 5 minutes walk from the Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets and a handful of bars and restaurants, next to the Bahiazul Complex The centre of Corralejo is only approx €6 (depends on tarrif) taxi ride away or a nice walk with plenty of places to stop for a liquid refreshment on the way!

There are lots of fabulous beaches in and around Corralejo, the famous sand dunes are not to be missed and only a drive away. Casa Sol is the perfect home from home with everything you could possibly need to enjoy Fuerteventura's 300 plus days of sunshine every year. The Villa has plenty of outside space and numerous terraces. As you walk through the gate into a front garden with a tiled and Artificial grassed area with sunbeds and a shaded seating area with a coffee table. Head through the front door with mosquito screen into the hallway and then onto the lounge and dining area. There are 2 large comfortable leather sofas, Fibre optic Wifi, 55"TV with an Online TV system.The dining room has a large dining table and chairs. Head out of the patio doors onto an exterior lounge area with chairs, sofa and coffee table. Step down to the exterior dining terrace with dining table, chairs and Barbecue. Beside the dining terrace is the heated pool and solar pool shower. Another grassed area with the 5 seater hot tub. There is also a roof terrace with views. The 3 bedrooms have new mattresses. All bedrooms have Air Con, 2 bedrooms have balconies (children must be supervised). There is a safe, Hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine and a coffee pod machine. Fully fitted kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the usual pots, pans, glasses, cups, cutlery etc. 2 bedrooms have King sized beds and 1 has a single bed. ALL doors and windows have Mosquito doors and screens making it cool if you do not wish to use the air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided (request on booking). As there are stairs in and out of the property, we do ask children to be supervised at all times re safety.

We also had a property in Lanzarote, Casa Sol Lanzarote which we have now sold and now focus on the 1 property in Fuerteventura - Casa Sol Fuerteventura. We ourselves live in Corralejo <3

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Paul & Kristy (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul & Kristy (the owner) a message.

If Paul & Kristy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
