Our 4 bedroomed south facing farmhouse with a mile of secluded beach and fantastic views over the Ayrshire coast, Sanda Island, Ailsa Craig and Northern Ireland. Pennyseorach is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in one of the most idyllic parts of Scotland.

On the ground floor there is 1 twin room (1 en suite) and a double room and a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Upstairs there is 2 more twin rooms a family bathroom with shower and bath and a large lounge. Bed linen (duvets) are provided and a cot and high chair on request. Freeview TV in lounge

Pets are welcome at a small charge.

Off road parking for several cars.

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 per week is required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Any bookings made 6 weeks before arrival must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

All bookings run from Saturday to Saturday except for short breaks (Arrival 4pm and departure by 10am).

Short breaks (minimum stay 3 nights) are available during low season - 3 nights £300.00 (Fri/Sat/Sun)

Great accommodation. Lovely setting. A bit out of the way but we'll worth the effort. Nice secluded beach and views to die for. Surrounding area great to explore. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynda (the owner) a message.

If Lynda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
