From the owner

The property is located only 5 minutes walk from the town square. There is a supermarket, post office, banks,
butchers, bakers and many tavernas and restaurants. There is also cycle hire facilities. English is widely spoken in Cyprus.

The property has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats up to six people. It is fully air-conditioned in the living areas and bedrooms, also there are fans above the beds.

There is also plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. And outside there is a patio table, chairs, and a BBQ.
The patio over looks the large pool, and there is also a toddlers pools, and a gym,sauna and Jacuzzi. Great for chilling out in!

Polis is situated next to the Akamas peninsula, this is national park and is ideal for walks and cycle treks. There are also a host of water sports at Latchi marina which is 2 kilometres away.

The property is absolutely riddled with damp in both bedrooms. The rest of the house is fine. The complex itself is a nice place to stay. We left before our rental period was finished.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
