Beautiful Villa of 200 m2 on a plot of 800 m2 located in the heart of a coconut grove, 5 minutes from Lamai north of Hua Thanon and near all amenities. The first sandy beach is 2km. Tae Villa is part of a recent residence entirely enclosed, comprising 6 villas with a babysitting service that can offer you the rental car or scooter delivered at home and airport transfer on request. Ideal family or friends, the peace and security of the villa will not prevent you from enjoying the busy Thai soirees Lamai, Chaweng and others who are at most 5 to 20 minutes from the villa. The villa has: - Private infinity pool (2 basins, 50cm deep and 150cm) - 3 independent and fully air-conditioned bedrooms each with 1 bed 180cm, 1 dressing, 1 closed toilet and a bathroom. - 1 living room with two sofas that can be used as additional bed - 1 kitchen with a gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer - 1 outdoor furniture - private parking - Fans in all rooms and terraces. - TV, Apple TV, sound system, Wifi Rates rentals include: - Check-in and check-out person speaking French and English - cleaning before and after stay and in midweek for reservations from 7 nights - Linens, towels and beach with weekly change for stays of more than 7 nights - Water - pool and garden maintenance rental rates do not include: - Airport Transfer / Villa - electricity

All okay . We had a good time the mangment of the villa are very helpful . It is a place for getaway Quite area good for friends or couples who is looking for relaxing holidays

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sebastien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
