Nessebar Fort Club is a unique development, situated in Sunny Beach region, next to the Aqua park, only a few hundred metres from the sandy beaches. The apartment is situated in a complex full of natural beauty and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. All the apartments have an exclusive view of the complex swimming pools and the Balkan mountains.

The complex has all the extras you expect including a restaurant; Cafe; a range of swimming pools for both children and adults with water chutes; a food shop; playgrounds for children; tennis court-football field; internet club; as well as secure parking.

Nessebar Fort Club is situated in Sunny Beach region, next to the Aquapark. It is in the western part of the resort and only a few hundred metres from the sandy beaches. The complex is a place full of natural beauty and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. Garden area of the complex is a colourful combination of natural plants and trees over more than 15 000m2. You will feel comfortable in the cosy atmosphere of relax zone with water, rocky gardens and a view over the green areas.
Advantage of the location of the complex is its close proximity to reserve "Kalinata" . Nature lovers will enjoy the beautiful forest with walking lanes. All the apartments have an exclusive view of the complex swimming pools and the near by mountains. NESSEBAR Fort Club is built in accordance with the New Building Law with lots of space in it and at the same time it has all extras one may want in a luxury complex – 3 restaurants Sea food cuisine, Italian cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine; bar; Vienna Cafe; swimming pools for children and adults; shops; saunas; change; playgrounds for children; tennis court-football field; internet club; rent-a-car; a guarded parking lot.

Why can't I call Anita (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anita (the owner) a message.

If Anita (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
