This fabulous two bedrooms apartment, is greatly located in a central position at the condominium Clube Alvor Ria, benefiting from a fabulous view over Alvor's harbour and the complex's swimmimg pool.

It is a modern apartment, furnished to a very high standard, and has been fully refurbished last year.

It is a large apartment. It comprises two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and another one with two twin beds and a bathroom next to it. The living room is quite spacious and bright and has patio doors leading onto a large furnished balcony with a superb view over the harbour and the swimming pool. It has a nice and confortable sofa, cable TV with more than 150 inetrnational channels and a dining area with a modern decoration, Wifi is optional and available.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with all the machines and cooking utensils that you may need. The apartment has air conditioning all over.

The apartment has a perfect location at the private condominium Clube Alvor Ria, which is set in front of Alvor's beautiful river (natural reserve), with its pleasant promenade along the river and 5 min walk to the fabulous Alvor's beach with its 4 miles of fine sand. The centre of the fishing village is only a few steps away.

Golf lovers, can find several good golf courses withinh 5-10 min drive: Alto Club, Penina and Morgado Golf Courses.

This is the perfect spot for families, having a great central location in the condominium, in front of the swimming pool and the river. This is also a great place for beach lovers and golf lovers as the beautiful Alvor's beach is only 5 minutes walk from the condominium and near Alvor there are some very good golf courses. Within a 15 minutes drive there is the new International Racetrack where you may watch car and moto races as well as have your own driving experience and driving classes.

How do damage deposits work?

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
