Our apartment is set in a unique and beautiful development with gorgeous gardens, pools and more. The apartment itself is really quite lovely with stunning views, especially from the balcony. It's centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks and 15 restaurants, etc. All your amenities are at your doorstep and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

The apartment has a light filled kitchen with everything you need to make a beautiful meal to enjoy on the lovely relaxing balcony, a comfortable lounge with great views and satellite TV, luxury finishings, marble floors, induction, fireplace... and stylish decor. Your bedroom has a little balcony, built ins and drawers so you can settle in nicely and the bathroom has a shower over the bath so you can choose your pleasure.

The complex has a restaurant inside, large swimming pools (one of them with heated water for winter and two perfect for the kids), barbecue zones, meeting rooms, internet WIFI free, very beautiful gardens, tennis courts and all you need to enjoy your holidays. Free parking is available on the street (as the gardens themselves are pedestrian only).

A beautiful seemingly endless golden beach can be reached on foot within 10 minutes- a wonderful situation for the golfer, tourer or the sun lover. The beach has stunning views to the mountains, wonderful cafes and bars on the sand and spectacular sunsets.

The lively port of Puerto Banús (for clubs, restaurants and people watching) is 15 minutes by car as is the El Corte Inglés store which we call Spain's Harrods. Its a 15 minute drive by car to the magical Marbella historic centre and buses can also take you there.

Thanks for your review! We are glad you really enjoyed the apartment. We are working on replacing the bits and pieces that are a little older, but we also find it very lovely and functional. The beach is a 10min walk and you don't need to cross at the overpass- there's a nicer way. We've included a map showing the best way for future guests :)

If Daniel Guerrero Olivia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
