This unique jewel of 90 sqm is located a few steps from the Arab – Norman castle. It is one of the eleven houses in Piazza Castello , in the oldest quarter of Castellammare del Golfo . The house is built on three levels; the rooms have a unique view of the entire harbor and the sea, and, on the other part, of the square that was the old courtyard of the castle.The entrance is from the square, which leads to the first floor , where there is an elegant and comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbor. On the same floor there is also the kitchenette. There you can enjoy breakfast, lunch on the beautiful antique marble table or simply relax. Even when you are cooking or washing you always have the view of the sea.The marble staircase leads to the second floor with a spacious bedroom with a double bed, double wardrobe and a spacious marble bathroom (shower, bidet, toilet, sink ) .The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and all the fixtures are fitted with double glazing. On the ground floor there is another large room with two single beds and a full bathroom ( toilet, bidet, shower, sink ) . In addition , under the stairs , there is a second large fridge-freezer , so there is no need to go upstairs to take cold drinks or ice cream .very nice is the terrace of 15 sqm , of course with sea views, overlooking the harbor . Ideal for an aperitif, a dinner, perhaps by candlelight, or for sunbathing in the afternoon, when it is very sunny.Quality furnishings and finishes are of family, very pleasant and prestigious. The house, also for its location, is truly luxurious.It is suitable for people who are on holiday and want something really special in an exclusive placeon arrival, you will find a little welcoming, with seasonal fruits, eggs and organic olive oil, snacks and sweets, and some other pleasantness ...Even milk, tea, etc. ... including a good bottle of wine: it can be pleasurable to sip, maybe in the evening, perhaps by candlelight on the terrace, a glass of chilled white wine, or maybe red...this for our way of welcoming...

    How do damage deposits work?
