No.22 is a beautifully renovated semi detatched stone cottage located on a quite country lane in the Deux-Sevres department of the Nouvelle Aquitane. The Stone cottage has been sympathetically renovated and beautifully furnished to a very high standard yet still maintains its French charm. Ideally suited to couples or families who enjoy activities such as walking, cycling and those who truly want a slice of rural France. Open-plan living areas make the property very light and airy. Both bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and double beds. In addition, a single z bed or travel cot are also available and either (but not both) of these will fit in the largest bedroom . Both bedrooms have insect blinds fitted to the windows. The property boasts many luxury items and amenities including fibre broadband, welcome pack, 42" LCD screen television with Free sat (UK free TV channels),, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, microwave, american fridge with ice/water dispenser, crisp, good quality, white bed linens and towels (excluding pool/beach towels), washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside, the cottage has a private, fully enclosed pebbled garden surrounded by a Mediterranean style wall and metal gates. The garden has a paved terrace for alfresco dining, complete with table chairs and parasol. The garden benefits from being in the sun all day, with shade available if wanted in the form of garden parasols. No.22 overlooks a grassed area to the front. PET POLICY: 1 small well behaved dog allowed. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the sofas. Please do not leave your dog alone in the house unattended. Please clear up after your dog in the garden and the grassed area at the front of the cottage.

In addition the owner is easily accessible by phone (numbers provided). The cottage is fully equipped with emergency numbers, guest information folder and guides and leaflets for the surrounding area.
