It is regrettable that a lot of time was spent trying to have your car repaired and missed some opportunities for a boat trip. Unfortunately we have to charge for heating oil, as is outlined on our website. On guests' arrival, we explain the radiator controls, time clock and read the oil meter. Everyone's need for heat varies. If the heat is on day and night, some people might consider it expensive. Thank you for staying with us and your kind comments.

We find this very disappointing and completely untrue. Everything was left spotless. At no point during their stay was any attempt made to contact us to discuss any issues. The advertisement clearly states sleeps 7-8 people. On booking no indication was made that guests were willing to share beds. We did not charge extra for the large amount of adults staying where other owners would. It was evident that the property was fully utilised . We have had nothing but positive reviews from other websites. Then suddenly at the end of their stay a refund was demanded. Owners beware
