I am very sorry that you felt you had to write this review. At no point did you voice any of these concerns or problems to myself, otherwise I could have sorted them for you. I sent you an e-mail about the gas bottles and did tell you to let me know when the first bottle ran out so I could replace it for you, but you did not. You didn't contact me throughout your 2 week stay so I did not know there were any problems. As you can see from my other reviews I have never had a guest have a problem so it is unfortunate that you did not let me fix anything for you whilst you stayed at the property, instead you kept quiet and then left a bad review which is disappointing.
