New country house (50 m distance) on the Baiona A Guarda road, 7km from A Guarda and Oia (5 min by car, fishing villages), is located at the foot of the mountain and 200m from the Atlantic Ocean. with 2 houses have 3 bedrooms, (beds 150cm, and 2 90cm) 2 bathrooms (with shower and bath), living room, kitchen with large windows and views of the sea, the mountains and sunsets. It is fully equipped with bedding, towels, tv, iron, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, dryer, wifi, gas oil heating, barbecue .. It has a garden, terrace and porch; with chairs, tables, sunbeds and barbecue. All independent. It is located 20 minutes from Baiona, by the PO552 parallel to the Portuguese road from the coast towards Santiago de Compostela, 90 min. And 10 minutes from portugal, the villages, (caminha, vilanova de cerveira, valença); 90 minutes from Oporto, on the A28 with Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Vigo: 45 min Airport Peinador. The security deposit of € 200 is delivered to the delivery of keys.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alicia (the owner) a message.

    If Alicia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
