DUPLEX FEATURES Luxurious duplex, new and modern located in a grove beachfront overlooking the Arousa estuary. The first floor is occupied by a large living room with kitchenette (+30 m2) that opens onto a wooden terrace (+ 30 m2) overlooking the private garden and beach. The terrace has furniture and mobile parasol 3x4 m. The ground floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an auxiliary room couch. Both bedrooms communicate with private garden and through this with the pool and the beach. The duplex has a gas barbecue boards, oven pizza stone and wok. It has direct exit to the garage. It also has a bicycle, two kayaks, a windsurfer and paddle tennis rackets for guests' use. The common areas consist of gardens, oceanfront pool, paddle tennis and others. LOCATION The duplex is located in the urbanization "Residencial Ila de Arousa", near the port of Cabodeiro on the island of Arousa, Pontevedra, Galicia and surrounded by other equally interesting towns: The Grove, Isla de la Toja, Cambados, Vilagarcía , Ribeira ... with more than 11 Km of beaches, Illa de Arousa is a peaceful and idyllic setting where all the components that characterize and make them unique to the "Rías Baixas" are met: natural parks with pine groves that lead to quiet beaches of fine golden sand, a mild climate, delicious cuisine and friendly people. The island has 3 sports and fishing ports near the apartment there are all necessary services: medical center, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, gas station, etc ... by a modern bridge is accessed the Island connects to the fast track. The city of Pontevedra is 35 km, 60 km Vigo and Santiago de Compostela about 60 km. We are 85 km from Portugal. AIRPORTS: Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, O Porto. Average temperatures from June to September: 24-32 ªC.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
