This self-catering apartment situated in the seaside village of Aberdaron sleeps two people.Flat 2 is a modern self-catering apartment, situated above a fish bar in the village of Aberdaron on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales. This first floor apartment sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with single sofa bed. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ, and parking is available in a nearby car park. Flat 2 is an ideal base for a couple who wish to explore the Llyn Peninsula and even Snowdonia National Park. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking permit for 1 car in car park 50 yards away. Free National Trust car park for NT members 50 yards away. Enclosed patio with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome at a charge of £20. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub next door. Beach opposite. Note: Sloping ceiling in bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed up external steps. Note: Access to apartment is via next door's patio. Note: Apartment is above a fish bar, selling local seafood, which is open from 12 noon to 9 pm - some associated noise may be experienced. Note: This property has a £100 good housekeeping bond.

Town: Aberdaron is a seaside village situated on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. The village offers a sandy beach, lime-washed fishermen's cottages, cafes, shops and a church. The popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch are close by, as are castles, fishing, watersports and golf opportunities.
