Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, undercounter fridge and undercounter freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, surround sound. Bathroom with walk in shower (pictures will be updated soon). Fast stable fibre wifi, selection of books, games and DVDs. The property is ideally located for access to surfing in the area and is also on the Wales Coastal Path with lovely walks. Cycling/walking/hiking/birdwatching/watersports guests all welcome. Traeth Porthor (Whistling Sands) is approx 3.5 miles away where you can often see seals or dolphins. Day trips possible to Caernarvon Criccieth and Harlech Castle, Harlech being a World Heritage site. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with yard, patio furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 3.5 miles.
