This was my and my children's first home for several years and due to its really spacious nature, you could not have a better place to stay and enjoy gatherings with family and friends. We are lucky enough to be the properties only second owners since it was built from Aberdeens' famous granite just after the second world war ended. The only previous owner was the architect and son of the builder who built these lovely homes and he hand selected this great corner plot, which gets plenty sun in the garden for most of the day and overlooks the beautiful and tranquil Johnson Gardens from the back of the house, conservatory and large decking area.
Significant renovations and updating took place to modernise including; fully rewired, new boiler and radiator system, double glazed doors and windows throughout, new raised conservatory, kitchen/dining room extended, large multi-fuel stove, bedrooms enlarged, new ensuite and cloakrooms formed and new family bathroom installed.

1st door to the right: very bright and airy lounge with ample space. Now with double sofa bed.
1st door to the left, under the stairs: a compact cloak room toilet with wash hand basin, extractor fan, towel radiator and wall mirror. Id when travelling with young children.
Next to the left: modern, open and bright plan kitchen and dining space; opened up and extended to form an exquisite area to prepare meals with company and dine in with amazing views into the garden and over into the award winning Johnson Gardens victorian park.
Integrated Kitchen: 50:50 fridge freezer, full size dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Washing machine and separate condensing drier (with detergent and softener) concealed in cupboard with iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. Very well equipped; range or pans, casserole dishes, slow cooker, etc. Dining table. Selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate is provided.
The next door to the left: Projector room with lovely cosy multi-fuel stove. Ceiling mounted HD projector, AV equipment and built in surround sound wall speakers makes this room ideal to relax and unwind in during the evening or with the black out blinds any time of the day!
Sliding folding oak doors from the projector room leads to: The beautiful conservatory. Due elevation differences the views from the conservatory and the whole of the back of the property are lovely, looking over the landscaped garden and outwards towards Johnson Gardens.

Outside: Accessed from either conservatory or door from garage, spacious back garden is very secluded and private due to fence and cover from trees to Johnson Gardens. There are two decked areas and one patio area a wooden children playhouse plus ample grassed area for children to play.
Air bed/cot bed can be provided for additional 2 guests if required to take max of 11 guests.
