In un tranquillo condominio sulla strada statale,si raggiunge comodamente a piedi l’impianto di risalita del Pulicchio collegato alle piste della Val di Luce e dell’ Abetone , c’è la biglietteria Abetone Multipass e noleggio sci. Si scia senza usare l’auto.

A 2 km dall’Abetone, 2,5 Km dalla Val di Luce e 5 km da Fiumalbo .

Ideale per non più di 5 persone.

Non viene fornita la biancheria, salvo coperte e cuscini.L'appartamento, al secondo piano senza ascensore, si compone di un soggiorno con caminetto, cucinotto, due camere una con letto matrimoniale e l’altra con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo,bagno con doccia. Tutti i locali sono finestrati con vista sul Cimone e foreste circostanti. Non viene fornita la legna per il caminetto nè la biancheria, salvo coperte e cuscini. Oltre a tutti gli utensili per cucinare, è fornito di forno a microonde, bollitore, forno elettrico, frigorifero con freezer, griglia e utensili per il caminetto, televisione, phon, aspirapolvere. Il piano cottura è elettrico in vetroceramica e l'acqua calda con boiler elettrico. L'appartamento è dotato di un apposito strumento che indica la potenza usata e, se si supera il massimo ( 4,5 KW + 10%) suona dando il tempo di abbassare.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano sotto-strada ma é ben luminoso in quanto situato in un'area all'aperto e tutti i locali sono finestrati con vista sulle montagne e foreste circostanti. Nello spazio esterno c'è una piccola area condominiale riservata al parcheggio al quale si accede attraverso la stradina che costeggia il palazzo il cui utilizzo però può essere difficoltoso in caso di nevicate o gelo, quindi spesso inutilizzabile in inverno.

Gli ospiti possono accedere a tutti gli spazi dell'appartamento, tranne all'armadio posto nel soggiorno.

    If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    You’ll need to contact Gabriella (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gabriella (the owner) a message.

    If Gabriella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
