Located in lovely Agios Spyridonas, Corfu and only 600m away from the beach and a few minutes’ walk to Antinioti Lake, our villa offers a perfect place for relaxation and peace. The villa located near the lake where you can experience a majestic NATURA protected environment, surrounded with olive groves. The fairy tale setting doesn’t stop there as you have several sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, along with a few rocky ones, making this the perfect holiday destination to be on foot.

Villa Ares is part of the Pyramid City Villas complex, consisting of 3 separate properties each with their own facilities and swimming pools. Each are perfect for families or friends who want to take a break and enjoy themselves, or even for large groups of people.

Each Villa is private and an ideal place for a family or party of six, who would wish to relax not far from it all, in between wonderful gardens and the Corfu countryside.

All Villas have two floors, fenced and have private gardens and private swimming pools. Within, all Villas consist of an open plan area with dining and comfortable sitting facilities, fully equipped kitchens, outside terraces, three twin and/or double bedrooms, two family bathrooms, and a fireplace for the winter months. Upstairs, balcony doors open to the front balconies overlooking the pools, or to side ones with amazing mountain views. The private pools are all in the front of the Villas, with nice spots in the gardens for sunbathing. All have outdoor BBQ facilities and seating.

Bed linen is changed once a week. Towels are changed twice a week. Cleaning service is twice a week.

Besides the beautiful nature and breath-taking sea, the property is situated moments away from our Pyramid Sea Side establishment, which consists of Pyramid Restaurant, Pyramid Beach and cocktail bar, and the Pyramid Adventure Park for our little friends. The perfect place for relaxation and having everything at your feet.

In close proximity one can find two mini markets and several other shops and activities.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
