Escape to a delightful family villa nestled in a 10,000 sqm private property. This fenced estate offers a serene atmosphere and easy access to nearby amenities. Located just a few minutes away from the Benitses resort and a short drive from the island's famous beaches and areas, this luxurious getaway promises an idyllic holiday experience.

Where you stay

The Main Building is a three-bedroom villa accommodating up to six people. The Guesthouse can be used as an independent studio with garden access for larger gatherings. Locked for groups under six, it can be opened upon request for an additional fee.

Outdoors.

This villa is accompanied by a well-maintained garden that boasts a private pool, whirlpool spa, and a cosy seating area under a gazebo. You can enjoy a refreshing drink under the olive trees' shade, take a relaxing swim, or spend quality time with your family outdoors while having a barbecue lunch on the patio. For ultimate outdoor indulgence, there are wooden hammocks, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower available. You can immerse yourself in the fresh breeze, experience the Greek fauna, and admire the property's 10-acre land by taking a nature walk among olive trees, cypresses, oaks, and wild vegetation.

Main Building-Interior Space.

Spread across three levels, the spacious and intricately designed interior of the villa is flooded with light and brimming with charming elements of wood and stone.

On the ground floor, the living area is designed to provide an inviting space for relaxation, with its corner sofa and a 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen features a breakfast table, sleek countertops and ample storage space, making it a perfect spot for culinary enthusiasts to unleash their creativity. Additionally, the main bathroom offers a luxurious experience with its spacious corner bath, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The mezzanine dining area is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and plenty of natural light. The extendable table is perfect for hosting dinner parties or family gatherings. Additionally, the double bedroom on the same level offers a comfortable and private space for guests, complete with an ensuite bathroom.

The two bedrooms on the top floor have their own private balconies and an interior stairway leading to them. While bedroom three has two modern single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, bedroom two is outfitted with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Guesthouse

Additionally, the separate Guesthouse boasts a further double bed space, a lounge, a bathroom with a shower, and an adequately stocked, kitchen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Niki (the owner) a message.

If Niki (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
