You and your family or a group of your friends can enjoy exclusive use of this C1890 heritage listed home. Because everything is all on one level, including the rear deck, it is convenient for everyone and ideal for elderly guests and families with young children.

You will see from our photos, the rear of this property is much lower than the front. From our rear deck you look out into the Maple tree tops and down onto an enchanting garden. In summer, the rotunda at the back of our 470 m2 block is just visible through the Maples and in winter the wind protected garden is warm, sunny and inviting.

We have equipped this home with all you will need to enjoy your stay.

The kitchen has everything, including a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

The two full bathrooms will ensure that you will not have any long queues.

The laundry is fully equipped and includes a condenser clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The home is cooled in summer by a ducted evaporative air conditioner and the open space living area has a reverse cycle split system.

All three bedrooms have remote control overhead fans, electric blankets and heaters. The bedroom with the ensuite has a King bed, there is a Queen bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom has two single beds that can be combined to provide a second King bed. All of the beds are made up with crisp, fresh linen and the Sheridan towels are fluffy and luxurious.

Our wireless broadband provides unlimited, high speed access to the internet. You will have the capacity to download movies and you will be able to use the Apple TV to project them onto one of the two 47 inch Full HD LCD TV's.

We welcome families with children and to cater for very young children we provide a cot with bedding, a high chair, plastic tableware, a baby bath, a toilet seat adapter and a good range of toys.

The property is very secure with a security system, security screens and a small safe for valuables. The rear garden is also very private and secure.

The South Australia region

Australia & New Zealand

This small, inner city suburb with its original C1890 heritage listed homes has the charm and charisma of an old English village. With its close proximity to the east end of Adelaide, the location is about as good as it gets.

Because Osborne Street is so close to the CBD, on street parking is restricted to a 2 hour limit on week days. Our permit will exempt you from this limit and enable you to park in the street 24/7.

We also provide secure off-street parking for two vehicles in our carport behind our remote control roller door. The width of the entrance and the clearance under the roller door are both 2.3 metres.
