Villa Anesis is conveniently located in Adelianos Kampos, where shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found within hand’s reach, such as supermarket, restaurant & bars. What’s more, sandy beach locations are easily reachable within walking distance, so as you can enjoy a car free holiday!

Additionally, as it is situated beside the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Divided in two levels Villa Anesis can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. On the ground floor, a twin bedroom is there to welcome you, which boasts an en-suite bathroom! On the first floor guests will find the further three bedrooms of the villa, all of them featuring double beds, the first with its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. All of the bedrooms on the first floor have access to balconies. Additionally, a family bathroom with bathtub exists on the first floor.

Outside

Not forget to mention that Villa Anesis has a lovely outside area, with a private swimming pool. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds for all guests, as well as outside dining & sitting area, under the shade of a pergola. BBQ facilities are also available, giving you the chance to enjoy al fresco dining!

Practicalities

Entering the villa from the ground floor, guests will find themselves in the open plan living room. This area offers direct access to the balcony with a lovely sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious, providing all comforts for a self-catering vacation. From the kitchen, guests can also access the pool terrace. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining area, ideal for the whole family to gather and enjoy their home-made meals.

A great overall experience!! We had a very pleasant stay!! Spacious rooms and a big and clear pool Mr Manolis was very helpful and friendly!! We will visit again!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
