Location:
The location of Villa Vithania is really privileged.
The Villa is located on the southern coastal road of the island, and lies only five hundred metres away from Aegina Town and its port.
It is within easy walking distance of the town centre with its restaurants, cafés, vibrant market and other facilities, while the open air cinema ‘Akrogiali’ is situated a few metres away.
The Villa stands just twenty metres away from the sea, separated from the water by the road.
Description:
The villa is a beautifully built stone structure, dating from the 1930ies, which stands in private land of 5,000 square metres.
After several changes in its ownership and its functions, Villa Vithania has now been fully renovated. Every care has been taken to respect its history and the style of the period it represents. At the same time, all the modern facilities have been added to the villa, to provide full comfort to its guests.
The calm atmosphere and the location of the villa, make it an ideal holiday home for families, and friends.

The garden of the villa can accommodate small pets, for those who cannot be separated from their beloved animals during their holidays, provided the pets have been properly trained, so as to minimise the risk of complaints from the neighbours.
