From the owner

Located in the heart of Aegina town, 10min walk from the port, 2 min walk from the market and 5min walk from the closest beach. Marvelous House, is located in a road that has no car access which makes it safe, quite and relaxing.

It is a luxury home, elegantly designed and furnished. Carefully decorated with atmospheric lighting and expensive materials that make every corner of the house a place to sit and enjoy your holidays.

Marvelous House offers a private garden with kiosk where you can find a dinning table for 6, for enjoyable moments under the purifying aromas o jasmine tree, lavenders, mimosas and other colorfull flowers. It also has a wc with shower.

It has two levels. In the the ground floor you have an open space area with living room, dinning table, wc and the fully equipped kitchen.

The upper floor is the sleeping area. You have two master bedrooms with ensuited bathrooms - the bleu room & the green room - with double beds, plus a single bed in the small mezzanine of each room (internal stair to climb to the mezzanine). In the hall outside the bedrooms, you have a two sit couch that turns to bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped regarding electrical supplies, complete sets of crockery and cutlery, serving plates, saucepans, casseroles (slightly unused), glasses, cups, mugs and all you may need to enjoy cooking and dinning, or even invite friends.

Marvelous House is suitable for winter and summer holidays, since it offers full air-condition in all the areas of the house.

Everything was operating "marvelously" ;) . It is a good destination. Exclusive house. The temperature was balanced all day. Near the house you can find the best "tavernes" !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
