Scala Apartments is consisted of eight apartments and four studios all self catering , overlooking the sea, village or the beautiful garden depending on their location.
Apartment is ideal for a family of four or five persons and is consisted of two separate bedrooms, large kitchen and sitting room as well as a nice big balcony or veranda.
Studio is a single space room ideal for a couple or a gamily with small kids.
Both types of rooms are offering in as standard equipment air-condition, kitchenette, kettle, toaster, coffee filter maschine, double glazing windows with mosquito nets and blinds, satellite TV, internal phone and wi-fi free of charge. Some of the rooms offering flat 32inch screens and usb-DVDs.
Cleaning of the rooms is performed twice a week providing our own linen and towels at no extra cost. Laundry service is available upon a small charge. Baby coats and swingers can be placed into the rooms upon request at no additional charge.
Scala Apartments are offering all those services a guests needs in order to have a memorable stay .
Keeping the customer happy is priority fos us and as Gamily Moschous is living on the promises make sure to be there when needed.
Family Scala Bar and reception area is located on a separate building on the front garden where anyone can enjoy coffee or a drink watching all major events (such as sports – music etc) on plasma screens or listening to soft music relaxing in the beautiful environment. Internet access is provided by PC or laptop without charge. Fax, printing and international call services are also offered. Payment can be made via major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and JCB.

Why can't I call Evangelos (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Evangelos (the owner) a message.

If Evangelos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
