'Glaros Casa Verde' is a modern, top of the line apartment, with private outdoor space, gardens, BBQ and Parking located steps to the beach of 'Golden Beach' and Ag. Apostoloi offering absolute privacy and peace of mind. Able to accommodate 1 to 4 people. Fully equipped with fast wi-fi, open spaces, Flat TV 55", Sound System, Cable, Dishwasher and Netflix.

Flat offers one bedroom and a sofa bed in living room able to accommodate four people in total.

Our home is attached to a large lawn paved garden offering a gazebo with chaise lounge chairs and outdoors kitchen with fully equipped BBQ equipment. The whole premises are absolutely private. The living room has direct access to the fenced garden. The area is totally safe for kids.

A flat smart tv (55") with satellite access and a Hi-Fi system is also available. A large sliding glass-door lets more than plenty of natural light in the room and beautiful views of the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal you feel like. The house is fully air-conditioned and fast wi-fi is available throughout the property.

The location is perfect for kids. It is located just 300 meters away, a 5 min walking distance from the most gorgeous four beaches of Chania. The Golden beach and Ag. Apostoloi beaches complex. The waterfront village of Agioi Apostoloi is famous for its sea coves known for its summer beach volleyball competition and as a favorite beach for locals and visitors.

There you will also find the beautiful park and hill church perfect for relaxing, cycling, walking, enjoying meals and drinks at the beach bars and taverns, sunbathing on clean, blue flag sandy beaches. Also many hiking and walking spots with hidden areas and secret beaches to explore!

Everything is just around the corner. Supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants and lots of buses coming and going to the nearby, just 3 km of distance, city of Chania and its cobble stoned alleys of the Venetian town.

This is one of the most sought out areas of town and with a reason. We are located very near the city center while being in a quiet environment steps to soe of the most famous beaches of the north part of Chania but also with very easy access to the highway from where you can reach all the major Points of Interest of western Crete.

House is located a mere 10 km distance more or less from the airport of Chania or Souda bay port. There are public bus routes going to Chania every 10-20 minutes. Main bus stop is at around 100 meters from the house.

Please note: House provides EV charging amenity off a normal home socket. Level 2 charging of 230 volt. Please ask upon your arrival for the power strip to use so you can reach the socket from parking spot. Amenity is offered at an extra charge of 30€ per night of booking. Please inform us before booking if amenity is needed so we can send you the updated price with the EV charging cost included.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
