Lavishness, elegance, dreamy... A modernly designed Villa in the area of Chrissi Akti. The luxury is imprinted on contemporary decorated interiors with high-end comforts that give a sense of relaxation and serenity while the villa has the advantage of the magnificent view of the Cretan Sea.

The 4-level villa offers huge lounge areas for relaxation both inside and outside. The interior is influenced by the amazing sea view with big windows from wall to wall. The main entrance is from the first floor which consists of two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and a WC. Three airy bedrooms with high quality of mattresses are located on the ground floor. The master room has an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. A fully equipped bathroom with hydro massage shower column is located on the same floor. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.

Would you like to exercise during your holidays? Work out in the fully-equipped gym situated on the lower floor. Do you think that the dreamy experience has already been completed? A small paradise is hidden on the top level leading to an incredible place for relaxation. The roof garden is decorated with sunbeds, a hammock and sofas. You can prepare a delicious BBQ meal at the well-organized area and enjoy it in the dining area. Many plants surround the roof garden creating a magical place leaving you breathless with the exquisite endless view of the Sea. The villa promises a unique holiday experience with all the luxurious amenities just 400 meters from the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti.

A very good location for summer vacations in Chania area. Just 3 minutes walk away from Agioi Apostoloi famous sandy beaches and 3 minutes drive from Stalos Beach, Agia Marina Beach and Platanias Beach. The villa is located just 4km from Chania City and Chania Old Town with the Venetian Harbor, the most famoush tourist attraction in Chania area.

Agioi Apostoloi village is located 4 km west of Chania and it is a waterfront village, named by a small church called Agioi Apostoloi. Agioi Apostoloi church is situated on the top of the peninsula. Nearby there are three lovely beaches with clear, shallow waters, perfect for swimming and also safe for children. There are also sport facilities and a famous beach bar, the Inguana. One of the beaches of the Agioi Apostoloi is called the Golden Beach (Chrissi Akti) due to the incredible color of its sand.

In Agioi Apostoloi village and Golden Beach waterfront you can find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as a small park used mainly for jogging and picnic. The waterfront of the Agioi Apostoloi (park included) is under preservation by the authorities and therefore there is still some green space next to the sea. Moreover, the Chania Old Town is in a very short distance from the villa with many different choices for food, entertainment, and shopping.

Chania is regarded as one of the prettiest towns of Greece. The old city is the best part which consists of the old Venetian harbour and the small Venetian narrow streets behind the harbour, the Lighthouse, the Fortress of Firka, the Great Arsenali and the Neoria. The waterfront along the Venetian harbor, is full of bars open all night long where one can enjoy the nightlife. Also there are many cafes, restaurants and tavernas, with traditional Cretan cuisine and fresh fish.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
